Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Customers can cancel an order prior to product dispatch by calling our support line at +91 9579164967 or messaging via WhatsApp. Once an order is dispatched to the courier, it cannot be canceled in transit.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a package that is physically damaged or contains an incorrect item, please notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the parcel.

3. Return Conditions

Due to hygiene and safety regulations for wellness products, returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
